Hotspots

In Fireworks, it's easy to associate an area of image with a URL. Create hotspots when you want to create a link but don't want the interactive states of a button. Creating hotspots is how you create an image map in Fireworks.

1	Select the rectangle containing the "order our" text. Be sure to select the whole rectangle, not just the text.
2	Choose Insert > Hotspot. Fireworks inserts a transparent blue rectangle to represent the hotspot.
3	Enter a URL in the text box at the top of the Object inspector. Notice that the Object inspector displays in the title bar the type of selected object.
